Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to buy OpusHub Studio only once you know it fits your studio. That’s why every install starts with a 30-day free trial with full access and no card required, so you can evaluate it thoroughly before paying.

1. Try before you buy

The 30-day free trial is the primary way to make sure OpusHub Studio is right for you. No payment is taken during the trial.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not automatically pro-rate or refund the remainder of a paid period unless required by law.

3. Refunds

If something isn’t right, contact support@opushub.studio. We offer a 14-day refund on a first subscription payment or a perpetual license purchase, provided the request is made within 14 days of purchase. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but reach out; we handle reasonable requests in good faith.

Because your studio data and library live on your own device, a refund ends your license but does not delete your data; you keep the ability to view and export it.

4. How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Paddle may also contact you directly regarding billing for your order.

5. Payments you collect from your students

This policy covers your purchase of OpusHub Studio only. If you use the optional online-payments feature, any tuition or fees you collect from students and their families are processed by Stripe and go directly to your own Stripe account. OpusHub is not a party to those payments and cannot refund them: any refund to a family is made by you, through your own Stripe account, under your studio’s own terms.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence, including any statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights that may apply to digital purchases.
